Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and develop individualized care plans, administer medications and treatments, including long-acting injectables, lead admissions, discharges, and care coordination with the interdisciplinary team, provide crisis intervention using therapeutic communication and de-escalation techniques, supervise and collaborate with LPNs and support staff, ensure accurate, timely documentation in the EMR, educate patients and families to support treatment goals.
Requirements
Current RN license; Associate's required, BSN preferred.
2+ years psychiatric/behavioral health leadership experience (charge/assistant manager acceptable).
Proven results driving quality, patient experience, and team engagement.
